What is BLAC?
The Black LGBTQ Action Coalition is a partnership between WWAV and Mississippi In Action to organize Black LGBTQ people throughout Louisiana and Mississippi and to support those individuals in advocating for HIV/AIDS awareness, accessible healthcare, civil rights, and against health disparities affecting African-Americans and LGBTQ people in the Southern U.S.
Are you a Black LGB, Queer, Trans, same gender loving person living in the U.S South? Are you interested in building a community around the social justice issues most impacting Black folks like you? Are you over 18?
