In January 2016, WWAV launched our Integrated Voter Engagement program called ENVISION|CHANGE aimed at increasing voter education, voter turnout, and civic participation amongst marginalized women and their families across Louisiana. To increase the engagement of this community, we focus on mobilization of unregistered and infrequent Black women voters. The program highlights the stories, concerns, and important issues impacting our communities, creating a space for Black women to envision and mobilize for change.
