Here is a roundup of our latest organizing work to fight abortion bans and realize reproductive justice in Louisiana.

On May 15, 2019, in an action organized by WWAV’s Lakeesha Harris, activists took Memorial Hall at the Louisiana State Capitol to protest a slate of abortion restrictions that legislators are trying to make into law in Louisiana.

On May 19, 2019, WWAV took to the streets with our allies at the New Orleans Abortion Fund, New Orleans Peoples’ Assembly, and BYP100 for the “Just Laws or Outlaws” protest.
