*When you arrive to fill out your online or paper application, you’ll need to come with information about you and your family, like income, household members, and current health coverage. Make sure to bring the social security numbers of you and everyone you’re applying for, employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage (ex. from pay stubs or W-2 forms), and policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household.
