Scholarships: There will be scholarships to cover hotel costs and/or to waive the conference fee. The Scholarship applications for housing will be accepted until 10/15/2013. Scholarships for the conference fee will be accepted until 12/5/2013. Scholarship are available to people of the South only. Priority will be given to drug users, sex workers, Hepatitis C+ people, HIV+ people, people with a history of incarceration, law enforcement, veterans and people of transgender experience.

Special Program Track for Executives and Program Directors: Are you a executive or program director working in HIV/HCV prevention, harm reduction, or drug policy reform, who is looking into ways to ensure program sustainability?
